From chaos to connection:
How to stay a team after baby
After birth, everything changes: priorities, time, energy, and sometimes even the bond between you two. 67% of couples experience a decline in relationship satisfaction after having a baby, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
What happens to us after the baby comes?

When a baby arrives, all attention shifts to them. Sleepless nights, endless worries, constant care. It’s a beautiful change, but also an overwhelming one.
And in the middle of that chaos, the relationship between the two of you often fades into the background.

You might find yourself thinking:
“We don’t talk like we used to.”
“We argue about small things.”
“It feels like we’re just roommates.”

It’s not your fault. No one teaches us how to stay connected as a couple once we become parents. But it’s possible – with awareness, compassion, and the right tools.

Together After Baby Workshop

I created the Together After Baby Workshop for couples who want more than just to survive the postpartum transition. They want to grow together.
This program, based on Gottman Institute research, blends evidence-based tools with real-life experience to help you:
• communicate with empathy and clarity
• understand each other’s needs
• reduce unnecessary conflict
• rebuild closeness and intimacy
• strengthen your foundation as partners and parents
It’s more than a course. It’s a safe space to reconnect, learn, and rediscover your relationship.

About me
Hi, I’m Adriana. I’m a psychotherapist and a mom.
I first held a psychology book in my hands when I was 12 years old, and from that moment, I knew this was my path.
I’m trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Special Education, and Couple Therapy, and I’m a Certified Educator for the Together After Baby program, created by The Gottman Institute.
After becoming a mother, I experienced firsthand how hard it can be to stay connected in the midst of exhaustion and constant change. Love alone isn’t enough. It takes understanding, structure, and support.
That combination of personal and professional experience inspired me to create the Together After Baby Workshops - a space where parents can reconnect, communicate, and grow closer through the challenges of early parenthood.
I believe your relationship can be the foundation on which your child builds trust and love. With the right guidance, this period can bring you closer than ever.
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for new parents, expectant parents and caregivers who are looking for practical support and guidance during the challenging transition of welcoming baby into the home.
If you are:
Expecting your first child
and want to prepare for the changes ahead.
New parents
seeking to navigate the emotional and practical challenges of bringing your baby home.
Couples
wanting to strenghten your relationship and ensure you both feel supported in this new phase of life.
