Hi, I’m Adriana, a psychotherapist and a mom.

I first held a psychology book in my hands when I was 12 years old. I remember it clearly: it had a brown cover and was about human development. That book opened the door to a world that, even at that young age, showed me with great clarity the path I was meant to follow.
The world I dreamed of at 12 has now become my reality.
I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Special Education for Children, and Couple Therapy, and I am a Certified Educator for the “Together After Baby” program by The Gottman Institute.
My Story
Before becoming a mother, my relationship with my partner was strong, connected, and full of understanding. But when pregnancy came, so did sleepless nights, endless responsibilities, and the question: How do we stay connected in the middle of chaos?

The first months were a real lesson: love alone isn’t enough. I realized that maintaining connection requires practical strategies and science-based tools.

My professional experience, combined with my personal journey, inspired me to create Together After Baby: Dinner Date Workshop, a space where couples can learn to maintain intimacy, manage tension, and become a strong team, even in those hectic first months after birth.

I believe your relationship - just like mine - can become the foundation on which your child builds trust, safety, and love. With the right tools, these challenging months can bring you closer than ever before.
